III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Support Facilities <br />Demolition of the office facility structure on the portal bench had been completed, and there was no remaining <br />debris or rubble from demolition on the shop bench parking area. Power poles on the slope above the bench <br />had recently been cut down, but will still need to be removed. Some structures remain in the small substation <br />site behind the warehouse, along with the metal access stairway, which will need to be demolished and <br />removed. Some steel beams and walkway structure from demolition of the office facility have been temporarily <br />stored on top of the RSRDA. <br />Reveaetation/Reclamation Success <br />The small area at the north end of the water tank bench that was seeded and mulched in August has <br />recently germinated. Many of the germinated species appear to be cool season annual grasses and (orbs, <br />along with some sprouting of wheat or barley from the mulch. The remainder of the backfilled water tank <br />bench and the light use road up to the RSRDA soil borrow area have been roughened but not yet seeded <br />and mulched. <br />4 <br />
