The asphalt is not, and in any <br />way, going to be used in the reclamation of the pit nor will it be used in backfilling the pit <br />or pond fill. The pile of asphalt is located about 50 yards west of the pit. There is <br />approximately 3000 cubic yards. <br />Running Creek Ranch has maintained the vegetation and reclamation of the pit.
