The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CORRECTION DATE The files and the moat recent inspection indicate that 07/31/94 the batching and processing areas associated with this pit are not included within the permit area. Also the PB or PV: PB southeast part of the pond will need to be addressed in TOPIC(S): AR the same way, especially as part of the amendment application. The operator will provide information clarifying whether these activities are to be included in the permit area. If they are to be included at this time, they may be a part of the amendment being considered by the Division. Said information will be received by the Division by the date shown. There ie a considerable amount of pond bank 07/31/94 instability, and erosion of material is causing sedimentation of the pond. The reclamation plan PB or PV: PB specifies concurrent reclamation, and original bond was TOPIC(S): SC, set low to provide for that schedule.
