When United supplies the requested seed mixture information, TR-04 will be finalized. The <br />Decision Date for TR-04 is 30 days from receipt per Rule 1.9.1 which is November 16`x, 2001. <br />Please submit the requested information no later than November 6'a , 2001, so there is ample. <br />time to submit final paperwork.
