III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Topsoil <br />The area of the former topsoil stockpile was inspected. No <br />significant problems were noted. The silt fence placed in this <br />area needs to be repaired or replaced as the fabric is falling off <br />the posts and has split apart where the two fences come together. <br />Reveaetation <br />Grass is beginning to sprout in the east mine area. Areas seeded <br />last fall, the silo area and the topsoil stockpile footprint, do <br />not appear to have grass growing yet. <br />016.040495 <br />
