The operator confirmed via site survey that there is currently 3/3112000 <br />34 acres of disturbance at the Hertzog Pit. The mine plan <br />specifies a maximum disturbance at any one time of 10 acres. <br />CORRECTIVE ]1CTIONS PV or PB PB <br />Submit an application for a technical revision to revise the TOPIC(S) MP <br />maximum allowable disturbance at any one time. Based on the <br />current disturbance at the site, the maximum allowable <br />disturbance must be at least 34 acres. The Division will <br />evaluate the reclamation cost and required financial warranty <br />based on the operator's desired maximum allowable disturbance. <br />
