The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should 6e notified of all corrective actions taken. PROBLEHS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CORRECTION DATE The topsoil stockpile is stockpiled in Wildcat Gulch. 6/1/95 This stockpile location ie not shown in the existing PB or PV PB mining plan maps. Erosion rills have begun to form on TOPIC(S) the stockpile. TS.HP.SC Corrective Action: Submit a revision to the permit to change the mining plan map to accurately show the location of the topsoil stockpile and describe what stabilization measures will be used to protect it from runoff and erosion. Include~in the revision any runoff and erosion control measures for the site which will require a reclamation bond or include an explanation if any such measures will not be used. Obtain an approved revision no later than June 1, 1995. The erosion and runoff control measures included in the revision must be implemented no later than Oetober 31, 1995. Some highwalls exceed 40' in height. 6/1/95 PB or PV PB Corrective Action: Bring the highwalls which exceed TOPIC(S) MP the approved mining plan height into compliance with the plan no later than June 1, 1995. As an alternative, change the mining plan as a revision to the permit to include the existing highwall conditions. To change the plan, operator must demonstrate that the exiatinq highwalls are stable. The revision must be approved by the Division no later than June 1, 1995.
