The <br />lower 650 to 700 feet of the haul road are paved with asphalt and the remainder is dirt <br />covered. In places, considerable fill has been used to make grade, especially along the <br />northwestern side of the operation. <br />The existing 540,000.00 bond may not be sufficient to complete the required reclamation of <br />this permit. The bond will be re-evaluated based on the following tasks required to reclaim <br />the site: <br />Bond Re-evaluation Tasks <br />1. Regrade berme, piles and fill to 3:1. <br />2. Rip and grade haul road segments. <br />3. Aip and grade the bench areas. <br />4. Bury or remove 40 concrete barriers (average size = 9'x 2'x1.5') <br />5. Demolish or remove the scale foundation. <br />6. Rip and dispose of asphalt haul road (650-700'). <br />7. Remove 5 power poles, 7 transformers and about 3,400' of line. <br />8. Restore the Wildcat Gulch drainage & remove erosion and runoff control structures. <br />9. Blast intermediate safety benches as needed. <br />10. Replace 14" topsoil on the benches, facility area, and access road. <br />11.
