<br />I11. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Facilities <br />The size of the coal stockpile was large. However, there were no problems with fugitive dust off <br />of the stockpile. The coal stockpile was away from the facilities berm. <br />Coal haul trucks were unloading and coal railcars were being loaded during the inspection. There <br />was no evidence of fugitive dust problems. <br />No problems were observed at the material storage yazd. The containment berm around the fuel <br />facility was functional. There were no leaks at the fuel facility. <br />Records <br />The records were found to be incompliance. Please refer to the attached records checklist. <br />c:/word/tetror/insp 1002 <br />
