~i~~~~~ <br />An inspection of the facilities of the h1~Etk Mine was conducted. Pond 2 has had additional <br />bentonite lining the bottom. Ditches and culverts in this area were working. Pc~nd 2b was <br />discharging and the effluent appeared clear. The ditch below the coal waste disposal area <br />(D-15) had been recently regraded. A backhce was cleaning out the ditch (D-'13) below the <br />railroad tracks down to pond 3. The cleaning material was being disposed on the coal waste <br />pile. The valve on the water tanks that was leaking during the last inspection was repaired. <br />
