IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />No enforcement actions were taken during this inspection. The required abatement and date of <br />abatement for previous violations still requiring abatement cited during previous inspections are as <br />follows: <br />NOV CV-2002-012 written for failure to maintain structures and drainage systems to control erosion <br />was terminated on August 15, 2002. <br />NOV CV-2002-013 written for failure to provide to the Division and to maintain at the site, a certificate <br />certifying that the applicant has a public liability insurance policy in place was terminated on August 1, <br />2002. <br />No enforcement actions, written as a result of previous inspections, are requiring abatement or <br />termination. <br />NOTE: Attach appropriate VIOLATIONS or CESSATION ORDER CODING FORMS <br />Revised 2/94 <br />m:\coa I\share\forms\8101 <br />
