Cotter will provide a modified design based on these discussions <br />and measurements as a submittal to the TR-04 application. <br />In summary, Cotter will provide a submittal to the TR-04 application that will e.ddress the issues <br />raised in the Division's adequacy letter dated May 14, 1999 and will address the issues discussed in <br />the field as described in this report. The submittal to [he TR-04 application will be provided by the <br />October 21, 1999 decision date or a written request to extend the decision date will be forwarded to <br />the Division.
