ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and <br />date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of <br />violations cited during previous inspections. <br />There is one enforcement action that still requires abatement, NOV CV-2005-003. The <br />abatement deadline was previously fixed at June 1, 2005, but has been extended to June <br />8, 2005. <br />Submit, within acomp/ete permit revision application or technical revision application, a <br />properly certified and Approvable As-Built report, including appropriate narrative, <br />certification statement and drawing(sl, and properly revised SEDCAD demonstrations, for <br />the iwo pond /016/016A/ system. <br />No new enforcement actions were issued as a result of this inspection. <br />NOTE: Attach appropriate VIOLATIONS or CESSATION ORDER CODING FORMS <br />Revised 2197 <br />6 <br />
