Mechanical <br />trouble with the dozer delayed the work until July 22nd. You were <br />notified of the completion on July 25th, after an attempt on the 22nd <br />found you out of the office. <br />We understand that O.S.M. recently made an evaluation of the <br />State, faulting them for lack of "Prompt Enforcement." We believe in <br />the effectiveness of your "Problems, Recommendations and Compliance <br />Dates" portion of the inspection repori's> and feel that it is a satis- <br />factory means of achieving O.S.M.'s goal of compliance.
