N. Status of Problem Resolution <br />The following items concern problems identified at previous inspection. Problems are classified <br />into three categories. These are: (1) problems resolved; (2) resolution still in process; and <br />(3) operator delinquent. The date that the problem is resolved or the date that the operator <br />is deemed delinquent is to be clearly stated. <br />Problems Resolved <br />The operator has filled the excavation at the Pond H embankment per Robert Liddle's March 25, <br />1981 recommendations. <br />
