Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified during the inspection <br />and that failure to correct the problems may result in the Division taking an ENFORCEMENT ACTION <br />pursuant to CRS 2973, as amended, 34-33-123. (Recormrtendations and compliance dates are to be <br />clearly noted. Dates are to be specific, e.g., January 31, 1981 and underlined) <br />1. The unpermitted operations at the Ioadout have caused considerable concern. The <br />applicant must mulch and seed the salvaged topsoil by May 8, 1981. <br />2. The applicant must repair damage caused by heavy eguiprmnt transversing marshy areas. <br />This must include smoothing out of tracks and seeding by May I5, 1981. <br />3. The applicant must submit a sediment control plan by May 15, 1981, which will be <br />constructed immediately upon Division approval. <br /> <br />
