The county assumed control <br />of the mine road accessing the property in correspondence dated September 30, 198>. <br />The loa~iout was also inspected. This 7~ acre site is an essentially flat area <br />runniny 780' along the south side of a railroad spur and the Union Pacific <br />Railroad tracks. Coal was removed from the site during the Sumner of 1988 <br />and topsoil replaced, mulch applied and the ground seeded. No ditches or ponds <br />exist at the site;; as no rungff is expected. <br /> <br />
