IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and <br />date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of <br />violations cited during previous inspections. <br />NOV CV-2005-008 was issued as a result of this inspection, for "failure to maintain upland <br />diversion culverts and a haul road culvert in accordance with approved designs and applicable <br />performance standards". The NOV specified partially blocked Culvert "D" inlet, and totally <br />blocked inlets of Culvert "E" and Culvert "H". <br />Required abatement is to restore design capacity of Culverts "D", "E", and "H", t~ <br />November 9. 2005. <br />There are no outstanding NOV abatements. <br />NOTE: Attach appropriate VIOLATIONS or CESSATION ORDER CODING FORMS <br />Revised 2/97 <br />4 <br />
