S. Savage <br />I. General Comments <br />Both the mine and proposed loadout facilities were inspected at this time. The area has <br />been receiving rain regularly in the afternoon. vegetative growth has been good in some <br />areas, poor in others. <br />It was noted in the previous inspection report that the permit application was not on <br />file with the county. The county does have the permit application on file, but at the <br />time of the Last inspection, it was being utilized outside the County Planner's Office. <br />The operator and I discussed topsoil stripping, the placement of the permanent East dump, <br />and replacement of horseshoe dump material. <br />
