<br /> <br />-2- <br />4. Gold Hill Ventures Limited Partnership will provide the Division <br />with two samples of the mill tail water during the first year of <br />mill operation. The mill tail water samples will be taken on at <br />least a six month time interval. The mill tail water samples will <br />be analyzed for the following parameters: field parameters of pH, <br />temperature, electroconductivity or total dissolved solids and <br />laboratory parameters of sulfate, iron, copper, lead, zinc, silver, <br />mercury, arsenic, cadmium, xanthate concentrations, and other mill <br />chemicals. <br />5. Gold Hill Ventures Limited Partnership will provide the Division <br />with certification by a qualified registered professional engineer <br />substantiating that the bulk head in the Hazel A adit will remain <br />stable given the proposed storage volume of the underground <br />reservoir. The certification will be given prior to pumping any <br />additional water into the water storage reservoir. <br />
