It was agreed that the <br />best location is above the backfilled slopes south of the mill building. This <br />location would avoid disturbance of a stand of pines near the mill building. <br />9. The mill facility was under construction and a tour of the planned process <br />was made. <br />10. The Division appreciates Mr. Steens cooperation during this inspection. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS; <br />1. Submit a formal response to compliance with each of the required amendment <br />stipulations.
