We <br />took an option on the property on October 7, 1991, and <br />finali2ed the purchase on November 1, 1991. Exhibit G <br />The Division did not tell everyone that the 400 tons of ore <br />purchased from Tom Hendricks could not be processed at the <br />Gold Hill mill. What was said was that the ore in the mine at <br />Caribou purchased from Tom Hendricks could not be <br />processed at the Goid Hill mill. The confusion between the ore <br />and the monzonite was cleared up in a phone conversation <br />between Jim Stevens and Tatman on 1123/92. This <br />conversation was followed up by a written confirmation. <br />Exhibit H <br />i/23/92 uur log confirms that the nior~zonite would be used for P}i and <br />silica control, and the ore would be left at the Caribou mine. <br />Tatman said he would not process this ore. <br />3/ 12 /92 Tatman told the Division that Steen assumed he was working a <br />gold property in Colorado Springs, and Tatman didn't correct <br />his assumptions. <br />
