The main purpose for asking for <br />the meeting was to determine if we were permitted to run <br />Bueno ore prior to purchasing the Bueno property. It was <br />stated that as long as the Bueno was permitted, and that we <br />were co-permittees at the Gold Hill mill, that we would be <br />allowed to run Bueno ore. <br />10/22/91 The Division met with our representatives and from Energetics. <br />The discussion was centered around the fact that we intended <br />to remove ore from the Bueno property and process it at the <br />Gold Hill mill. We were advised that the permits we already <br />had would allow us to start removing ore immediately. <br />Exhibit A <br />1111 i 91 The Bueno property purchase was finalized on the strength of the. <br />meeting of 10/22191. Exhibit B <br />111 18191 Wayne Tatman was not at this meeting. However, Gwen Fraser <br />and Silvia Pettem were present. The topic of custom milling <br />was discussed. Once again, we were told that we could run <br />Bueno ore at the Gold Hill mill as long as we owned the ore. <br />Exhibit C <br />1 1127191 Tatman did not tell the Division that concentrates were from <br />Colorado Springs, nor did he use the words, "Exotic Materials.° <br />He did refer to them as platinum-group metals, and showed <br />the Division a proposed contract from Intora to COM, Inc. <br />Exhibit D <br />12!9192 Keeter Trucking moved concentrates from the Bueno mill to Trail, <br />B.C. ,not Gold Hill. At no time did Keeter, on our behalf, <br />transport any loads of anything from the Boulder mill to the <br />Gold Hill mill on that day. Extlibit E <br />12 / 17192 Concentrates from Nevada were not stockpiled, but transferred <br />from barrels t4 large cargo bags. Exhibit F <br /> <br />
