A nearly vertical highwall is located within about 30 <br />feet of a power line located along the western boundary <br />of the permit. <br />Corrective Action: Submit to the Division a copy of a <br />letter agreement from the owner of the power line <br />stating the operator will compensate for any damage to <br />the line or a waiver allowing the operator to mine <br />within a specified distance to the line. All highwalls <br />need to be eloped to 3:1 or flatter.
