The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. A sign with the DMG permit number and the operator's Oct. 31, 1996 <br />name must be posted at the site within 30 days, and PH or PV PB <br />proof of same (i.e. photos) sent to DMG. This is in TOPIC(S) SM <br />accordance with Rule 3.1.12(1) of the Construction <br />Materials Rules and Regulations. <br />A Technical Revision to the permit must be submitted Oct. 31, 1996 <br />within 30 days, providing details of the concrete PH or PV PB <br />storage on the site, including the maximum amount to be TOPIC(S) ES <br />stored onsite at any one time, the location of the <br />stockpiles, and the reclamation plane for its disposal <br />(trucking it offsite, or burying it under overburden <br />and topsoil). This ie in accordance with Rule 3.1.5(9) <br />and 3.1.5(10) of the Construction Materials Rules and <br />Regulations. <br />PB or PV <br />TOPIC(S) <br />
