thistle, and dalamation toadflax are numerous enough on PB or PV PB
this Bite that it threatens the futher development of TOPIC(S) RV
desired vegetation in accordance with rule 3.1.10.
Corrective Action: The operator moat employ necessary
measures to control all noxious weeds on the site.
Evidence of such act iv itiee (such as photographs or
work orders) should be submitted to the Division prior
to expiration of the correction date.
2. The potential exists for failure to protect the 07/12/96
hydrologic balance (Rule 3.1.6) with respect to the PB or PV PB
auxiliary diesel tanks being used to run the water pump TOPIC(S) HB,
power stations. MP, OD
Corrective Action: The operator must place berme around
each diesel tank that will completely contain the
entire volume of the tank if an accidental spill were
to occur.
