Dorchester Coal Company has <br />undergrone some personnel changes since the last inspection. Darrel Hespe has left the <br />organization and is being retained on a consulting basis to assist in the preparation <br />of permit applications. Dean Massey is now employed at Dorchester Coal Company as the <br />person responsible for environmental legislation and compliance. <br />This partial inspection was conducted primarily to familiarize Susan Mowry wihh the <br />operation. Susan will be taking over inspection responsibilities from Brian Munson <br />henceforth.
