Topsoil <br />The two large topsoil piles at the East Mine area where noted properly marked and <br />vegetative cover on these piles is excellent. <br />Revegetation <br />Reclaimed areas are enjoying an excellent growing season due to persistent rain and warm <br />temperatures. <br />Overall, the site appeared in good condition and no problems were noted. <br />5 <br />
