discharging. The outlet gate was found closed. Pond 6 is full due to pumping from pond 8. <br />Pond 4 has a small amount of water in the southeast corner. Containments were generally <br />dry Ditches and culverts around the site were found in good condition and appeared <br />functional. <br />Backfilling and Grading <br />The operator has not completed the three remaining items associated with the pending <br />Phase I bond release. The Division will continue the process for another 30 days until this <br />work can be completed (see 6123/05 DMG inspection report). <br />Processing Waste <br />The operator may want to consider grading work at the top of the east downdrain to ensure <br />all flows enter the downdrain and do not flow down the conveyor corridor. <br />Some erosion was noted below the conveyor east of pond 8. Runoff appears to be coming <br />from the area east of the conveyor and breaching a ditch that diverts this flow to the east <br />downdrain of the RDA, Flow across this disturbed area enters pond 8. However, the <br />operator should ensure these flows are diverted to the downdrain to avoid unnecessary <br />erosion and sedimentation. <br />
