ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following idantHiea tnforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required <br />abatement and date of abatement for the violation, precious violations still requiring <br />•batemant and the termination of violations okad during previous inspections. <br />Notice of Vidatbn CV-99-012 was issued in October for ' Failure to maintain Ditch C-1 <br />and for failure to renwva and segregate topsoil prior to disturbance by surface coal <br />minirq activities' . The NOV was abated November 19, 1999.
