111. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below era comments on the inspection. The comments Include discussion of <br />observations made during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement <br />actions taken durlnp the Inspection end the facts or evidence supporting the <br />enforcement action. <br />This was a partial aerial inspection of the Marc Strip Mine. Phobos were taken by Harry <br />fianrrey of DMG on Dscertiber 8, 1888. Skies were dear. The pound was snow cover, <br />alehouph it only appears m be a couple of inches deep. There is no sign of activity on <br />the mine sibs. No vehidss are apparent in the photos or tracks. <br />Based on the photos there appears to be water in the A, B and D ponds. his unlikely <br />the water is dischargiip, water appears weN below the spiNway levels. <br />Rnal grading of the shop/warehouse area is evident. <br />Copiea of the photos are attached sllowirp ihs 720 pit, A pond, B pond; the <br />stiop/warehouae area; and the k~adout. <br />No problems were observed in the photos. The sibs appeare to be in good condition. <br />
