No operator representative was present during the
inspection. The pit was inactive at the time of the inspection although some equipment
tracks were visible.
The mine identification sign and the affected area markers were not present at the site and
are addressed in more detail on page 3 ae problems (P8) that must be addressed within 60
days. The financial warranty for this site ie currently $5000.00 which appears to be enough
to cover the earthwork and revegetation required, however; one 50 gallon barrel of petroleum
product was observed on the upper bench of the site along with a couple of other
empty barrels. If these items are not removed within 60 days, they will be added to the
reclamation coat estimate as described on page 3 of this report. If the operator decides to
retain these products, a containment berm must be constructed around each barrel that
contains product. Each berm must be large enough to completely contain all of the product
in the event of a spill.
I & E Contact Address cc: Carl Mount, DMG
^ CE
NAME Raloh Knez ^ BL
OPERATOR Raloh Knez ^ FS
STREET P.O.
