The problems should be corrected by the <br /> dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br /> corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br /> corrective actions taken. <br /> PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br /> AND <br /> CORRECTfVT ACTIONS <br /> CORRECTION <br /> DATE <br /> 1. Signs and markers must be installed within 30 days, and May 6, 1996 <br /> proof of same sent to DMG. This is in accordance with PB or PV PB <br /> Rule 3.1.12(1) and (2) of the Construction Materials TOPIC(S) SM <br /> Rules and Regulations. <br /> 2. There is a deficiency of topsoil at the site. Plans to May 6, 1996 <br /> remedy the situation must be submitted to DMG within 30 PB or PV PB <br /> days. This is in accordance with C.R.S. 34-32.5- TOPIC(S) TS <br /> 116(4) (g) . <br /> 3. The financial warranty currently posted with the June 6, 1996 <br /> Division is inadequate. The operator must post the PB or PV PB <br /> appropriate bond or complete reclamation work TOPIC(S) FN <br /> commeasurate with the current bond within 60 days. This <br /> is in accordance with C.R.S. 34-32.5-117(4) (c) (I) (A) . <br />
