Bromley property to be surveyed by registered surveyor, with boundary lines of <br /> Bromley property reestablished and marked. <br /> Fence to be rebuilt, replaced and restore,d along entire southern boundary of <br /> Bromley property as established by survey. <br /> 5. Remove fence on cast side of property; fill and grade area on eastern side of <br /> property next to new road; and rebuild, replace and restore fence on cast side of new road <br /> along property boundary established by survey. <br /> G. Remove debris from northern portion of property; level and fill with top laver <br /> of fill to be not less than I foot of clean topsoil; grade slopes to highway fence on north. <br /> 7. Natural spring at northeast corner of property to be protected and preserved, <br /> with small pond reestablished. Install overflow pipe to direct runoff from spring and pond to <br /> culvert west of spring and pond along highway. <br /> ✓ R. Fill, level and grade mined area south of Bromley driveway lane, with grades <br /> sloped to new road on cast, southern boundary of property, and railroad tracks to west. Except <br /> as noted below, top layer of fill to be not less than I foot of clean topsoil. <br /> 9. Area south of Bromley driveway lane from new road on cast to west side of <br /> tenant house, and from driveway lane to 200 feet south of lane, to be leveled, gradcd and filled <br /> with top laver of fill to be not less than 2 feet of clean topsoil. <br /> 10. Well on cast side of Bromley property next to road, and approximately midway <br /> `,between new bridge and Bromley driveway lane, to be protected so not filled or damaged <br /> during reclamation operations. <br /> 11. Areas which are reclaimed and filled with not less than 1 foot of clean topsoil <br /> on northern and southern portions of property to be reseeded with dryland pasture mix, 25 <br /> pounds per acre. <br /> 12. Unless 1.97 acre parcel west of railroad tracks purchased by Al Frei, debris to <br /> be removed from parcel; parcel to be leveled, graded and filled, with top layer of fill to be not <br /> less than I foot of clean topsoil; parcel to be seeded with dryland pasture mix, 25 pounds per <br /> acre. <br /> 13. Unless 1.87 acre parcel west of railroad tracks purchased by AI Frei, Bromlcys <br /> to be provided with casement for ingress and egress to western parccl across Fernald property. <br /> Easement to be parallel with southern boundary of Bromley property, and run from new bridge <br /> to western parccl. Easement to run with the land for the benefit of Bromleys and any <br /> subsequent owners of Bromley property, and otherwise contain terms acceptable to the <br /> Bromleys. <br />
