This was a partial inspection conducted by Kent Gorham of the CDMG. The Rimrock Mine
consists of approximately seven acres of reclamation. The weather was warm and mild.
Ground conditions were dry.
Hydrologic Balance
The sediment pond appeared in good condition. It was totally dry. The trickle tube was clear
of debris and appeared functional.

Revegetation
Vegetation at the site appeared somewhat dried-down due to prevailing dry weather
conditions over the Iasi several weeks. The gate was found open and according to Milton
Montoya, cattle had been removed from the site that morning. He indicated that the cattle
