COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken dunng the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection conducted by Kent Gorham of the CDMG. The Rimrock Mine <br />consists of approximately seven acres of reclamation. The weather was warm and mild. <br />Ground conditions were dry. <br />Hydrologic Balance <br />The sediment pond appeared in good condition. It was totally dry. The gate was found open and according to Milton <br />Montoya, cattle had been removed from the site that morning. He indicated that the cattle <br />were grazing the reclamation for no more than 10 days. I explained to him that the results of <br />
