In this scenario, it is very important to keep a coordinator for the site. The coorcinator must know all <br />aspects of the sites mining plan, reclamation plan, and any changes that take place during the actual operation. This <br />coordinator must ensure that each operator knows the requirements of the permits issued for thc: site, and hold them <br />responsible for any deviations from these requirements.
