The West Valley gob pile appears stable. Approximately a dozen small piles of waste sit on <br />top of the graded and compacted top of the pile. <br />Pond B displays no signs of instability or erosion. <br />The borrow area appears stable as does the Elk Creek topsoil pile. <br />
