At the location of the McNaney property, the drainage channel at _ <br />the inlet and outlet of: the 12" diameter culvert contains a PB or PV:PB <br />build of sediment that may hamper positive surface water TOPIC(S):HB <br />drainage. In addition, the outlet end of the culvert is <br />partially filled with sediment. <br />Within 60 days of receipt of this letter, the operator will need <br />to clean the ditches to ensure positive drainage and clean the <br />sediment from the outlet of the culvert. <br />2.
