..-lT <br />EY 04 GEC Bond Forfeiture Evaluation, p~. 3 <br />We next drove to the former Orphan Pit reclamation area west of the Corley Mountain <br />Ranch sign and gate. We chose not to walk in. This area is relatively flat and has no <br />history of problematic offsite sedimentation, or other potential off site impacts. There is <br />also a known underground coal seam fire burning in this area adjacent to and on the <br />Orphan Pit reclamation area. <br />This concluded our evaluation; please address any questions concerning this evaluation <br />report to Henry Austin at haustin@osmre.~ov or to (303) 844-1400 x1466. <br />
