The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Hoard. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. The current map does not accurately depict the permit January 3, 1998 <br />boundaries for this site. A new map must be submitted PB or PV PB <br />with the limits of the 25.5 acres clearly indicated TOPIC(S) AR <br />within 30 days. This is in accordance with Rule <br />6 .4 .3(d) of the Construction Materials Rules and <br />Regulations. <br />2. The reclamation plan does not include a description of Feb. 3, 1998 <br />the actions to be taken regarding either the process PB or PV PB <br />building or the tool shop. An Amendment to the permit TOPIC(S) P.R <br />must be submitted within 60 days, explaining the final <br />disposition of these structures.
