Enforcement <br />Dy an X to the right) action forthcoming. <br />OBSERVATIONS OF IhIPORTANCE: <br />This site, which is 1%, miles west of Segundo, is in need of reclamation. It <br />is an old aggregrate pit, which was cut into a hill slope. There is no pit, <br />but instead there is a leveled area, with steep slopes above and below the <br />level area, cut into the fii11s1ope. <br />There is very little topsoil, although there may be some on the outer edge <br />of the extraction area where it was pushed over the slope. <br />The disturbed area, which may cover about 5 acres, is covered with annuals <br />(weeds), There is deep gullying especially on the southeast corner of the <br />extraction area. One gully is carrying sediments down to Highway 12, and <br />may at some point flow over the highway.
