III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the inspection. Comments <br />also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Jerry Nettleton (Nettleton) of Twentymile Coal Company (Twentymile) accompanied Byron Walker (Walker) <br />of the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) during this inspection of the Foidel Creek Mine. <br />ROADS <br />The location of a proposed temporary haulroad C-1 was observed, as was the location for a new haul road for <br />from the truck loadout to Routt County Road 27. See OTHER below for receipt of the temporary haulroad <br />revision application. Road about the site were in very good repair. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE <br />There was no surface runoff noted during this inspection. There was no dischazge from most of the ponds.
