PB or PV: PB <br />TOPIC(S): RV <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: A weed control plan must be developed (with the assistance of _, _, <br />a qualified weed expert), and submitted to this office to become part of the permit <br />requirements. The plan must be submitted along with a commitment to implement it <br />during 2005 and to continue it as long as needed. The plan must be received by this <br />office by the date shown at right. <br />y5. An asphalt plant was operated on an offsite area adjacent to the pit, which may be a °'' •••''..t.° '-'--- <br />possible violation to your permit. PB or PV: PV <br />TOPIC(S): OD <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The Mined Land Reclamation Board will determine if there is a SF , _, <br />violation, and what the correction date and corrective action should be. <br />Since such activities are normally required to carried out inside the permit boundaries, <br />and a violation may be found, the operator is encouraged to provide a statement <br />specifying a preferred course of action to be followed to begin bringing this area of <br />possible violation into compliance, for example: (a) remove all items related to the <br />mining and processing that are presently in offsite areas and commence full <br />reclamation of those areas, or (b) proceed to bring those offsite areas within a permit <br />and into compliance (by converting the existing 110 permit to a 112c permit, or through <br />obtaining a new 112c permit). <br /> <br />6.
