The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. The permit ID sign is out-of-date, and the permit boundaries are not marked, though 5/15/05 <br />these items are required to be kept current and maintained, per Rule 3.1.12. PB or PV: PB <br />TOPIC(S): SM <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must update the sign, and accurately locate and _, _, <br />mark the permit boundaries, as discussed in this report. Evidence of completing this <br />action must be received by this office by the date shown at right. <br />~2. The transfer of the permit was requested in 1993 but was never approved, though if the 5/15/05 <br />permit is to be operated commercially it must be transferred.
