The operator must not operate any machinery in the South Platte River. <br />The above-mentione s ope work is acceptable, however, dredging or <br />filling within the active channel will be considered a violation to the <br />permit. Slopes can only be pulled back, not cut and pushed into the <br />river. <br />7. Do not use any ashpalt materials for fill below the high water table <br />level and preferrably not at all. Also, concrete rebar must be avoided <br />during fill activities. <br />8. The operator should monitor the north topsoil pile for possible mass <br />movement potential along the south edge of the pile. <br />9. Any jetty construction must be in compliance with federal regulations. <br />Jetties often cause more trouble than they avoid, so use caution with <br />any further construction. <br />10.
