INSPECTION REPORT - PAGE 3
FILE N0. M-77-526
DATE: April 29, 1985
6. The operator must not operate any machinery in the South Platte River.
The above-mentione s ope work is acceptable, however, dredging or
filling within the active channel will be considered a violation to the
permit. Slopes can only be pulled back, not cut and pushed into the
river.
7. Do not use any ashpalt materials for fill below the high water table
level and preferrably not at all. Also, concrete rebar must be avoided
during fill activities.
8. The operator should monitor the north topsoil pile for possible mass
movement potential along the south edge of the pile.
9. Any jetty construction must be in compliance with federal regulations.
Jetties often cause more trouble than they avoid, so use caution with
any further construction.
10. The operator is commended for those areas of successful grading and
revegetation (east areas, for example).
/bdc
Doc. No. 9813E
