General Comments <br />1. Records were checked and found to be in compliance with one exception. <br />The certification for the mine haul road was not located and needs to be put <br />on file at the mine. <br />2. Work has started on relocating the water and sewer line down the slope <br />adjacent to the mine bench. This relocation should minimize the potential for <br />damage to the lines if the bench should slide in the future. <br />3. The operator was installing a drainage inlet with a f]exible conduit at <br />the low point on the mine bench. The bench itself had been graded to ensure <br />positive runoff. <br />4. The access road was found to be properly maintained.
