Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified <br />during inspections and that failure to correct the problems nay result in <br />the Division taking an ENFORCEMENT ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as <br />amended, 34-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are to be <br />clearly noted. Dates are to oe specific, e.g., January 31, 1933 and <br />underlined. <br />Resolution in Progress <br />047-33-16. Complete construction of portal drainage by December 15 <br />1983. Submit as built designs within 30 days after completion. <br />New Problems <br />041-83-18. Install a fence at the old truck scale facility to preclude <br />unauthorized access by January 15, 1983. <br />047-33-19. Remove the coal pile and all coal fines from the access <br />switchback immediately. <br />
