IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and <br />date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of <br />violations cited during previous inspections. <br />NOV CV-2001-009 was issued on September 6, 2001. All necessary abatement steps have been <br />completed for NOV CV-2001-009. Therefore, NOV CV-2001-009 is being terminated based on <br />this inspection and review of blasting records (see attached Termination Notice).
