This pond also possibly reflects exposed <br />groundwater. F.s a result of this ponding of water in the various nits, a copy of this report <br />will be forwa:=ded to the Division of Water Resources. <br />The mining plan for the Fillmore Pit requires that no mining will be conducted below <br />groundwater elevation and materials will not be removed within at least two feet above <br />groundwater e].evation.(Copies of Exhibit E-Mining Plan and Exhibit G-Water Information are <br />attached.)
