IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and <br />date of abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of <br />violations cited during previous inspections. <br />Three separate enforcement actions as described above were issued on July 21, 2003. The <br />Division has assessed the proposed civil penalties for all three violations and issued Notices of <br />Proposed Amount of Civil Penalties on August 15, 2003. To date, SCC has not requested a <br />conference for any of these violations. Based on this inspection, it is evident that SCC has begun <br />abatement measures for violations NOV CV-2003-006 and NOV CV-2003-007. It does not <br />appear that SCC has implemented required abatement steps at the slide damaged azea for NOV <br />CV-2003-008. <br />No enforcement actions were taken as a result of this inspection. <br />NOTE: Attach appropriate VIOLATIONS or CESSATION ORDER CODING FORMS <br />Revised 2/97 <br />
